Over the last few months we’ve seen a number of new hiphop all-star groups popping up with shows in NYC.  Last winter was eMC with Masta Ace, Wordsworth, and company.  A couple of weeks ago Slaughterhouse hit S.O.B.’s with Joell Ortiz, Joe Budden, Royce Da 5′9″ and others.  Now we have The Day Laborers, a new name with familiar names from the underground scene including Louis Logic, Reef the Lost Cauze, Homeboy Sandman, and others.  With a lot of hype following the release of the Red Sky EP, the guys are set to put out their debut album The Learning Process soon.  In support of the release they will perform a record release show at Southpaw on 03.01.09 with all the members plus special guests.  Tickets are $15 at the door, 8:00 PM show.
