Lex Records and Dose-One’s Subtle will be at Warsaw 10.05.07 and Irving Plaza 10.06.07 opening for Minus the Bear.  Tickets for both the Warsaw and Irving Plaza show are $18.50.

I’ve never heard any Minus the Bear albums but as far as I know they are an indie rock band that has a pretty big following in hipster circles.  It seems like Subtle is starting to tour with these types of bands as they just opened for TV on the Radio in March which makes sense since their sound is more experimental than it is hip-hop in my opinion.  Good to see them getting some recognition after years of making great music.
