To get the posts and show coverage flowing again why not start with some news of a deadlymelody.com party favorite, OPEN, the Friday residency at Santos Party House that originated with DJs Q-Tip, Rich Medina, and Va$htie.  More than a year later the party is still going strong each week and on Friday, 12.18.09 they welcome in a packed lineup that includes regulars Q-Tip and Va$htie along with DJ Gravy, Max Glazer, Micro Don and very special guest DJ A-Trak.

The bad news is it looks like Rich Medina will no longer be on board for OPEN and besides the 18th no other dates are posted on the Santos site for the party.   You can still get your fix on Wednesday’s where Medina hosts his weekly “Lil Ricky’s Rib Shack” at APT and also the monthly “Fun” dance party the first Saturday of every month at S.O.B.’s (see flyer).
