After a small show last month at Joe’s Pub another Estelle show has been announced, this time at Highline Ballroom for the Bailey’s Get Together sponsored event.  Tickets for the 04.28.08 show are $15.  Its also looking like ‘American Boy’ will be a big single, I’ve heard it getting a lot more spins on the radio lately. 

In the Joe’s Pub posting I wrote how I wasn’t really feeling a lot of the production she had on her sample tracks.  I realized later on that she sounds a hell of a lot better backed by banging production.   On Hi-Tek’s Hi-Teknology 3 Estelle is featured on ‘Life to Me,’ the best track on the entire album.
