Check out Fat Beats tomorrow (04.04.09) afternoon for two free in-store performances from some underground acts you will want to keep a watch on.  Rise & The Avid Record Collector are first up to bat promoting their new record Risen.  Rise comes through on the lyrics with solid punchlines and The Avid Record Collector laces this with top notch production.  TARC has been lending his production to a number of big names for the last few years.  He first made his beats heard producing a bunch of tracks on Louis Logic’s Sinamatic and Risen showcases his production with Rise and collaborations with Masta Ace, Wordsworth, Poison Pen, Substanstial and many others.  Also performing for the day are House of Repz, the five man crew out of NYC.  Their latest single ‘U Gotta Love Us” features production from DJ Premier.  This is a daytime event which gets started at 4:00 PM.
