In October, Evil Dee and the Beatminerz hosted the Dilla tribute party at Sputnik to raise money for the J. Dilla Foundation.  That night also marked the start of his residency at the club where he will be every Thursday night for the next few months.  Besides the surprise guests that may show up over the upcoming weeks, expected guests include Sharief in Burgundy and Preacherman on 01.17.  Every Thursday is a $10 cover, 21+.
