Tonight (11.30.07) Bastard Jazz and Giant Step will be presenting Germany’s Boozoo Bajou as well as DJs Erik the Red and The Bastard Jazz System.  Boozoo Bajou is chill-out electronica type music similiar to Thievery Corporation and the duo has been together since 1997.  Their music has been used in a number of ads and promos but Boozoo has never gained huge recognition in America, largely due to the fact that they don’t play live shows here much.  You can catch them tonight in a rare appearance at the Ottoman Lounge in Williamsburg where they will be performing a free show.  Doors open at 9:00, 21+.
