He started turning heads last year when The Greenhouse Effect mixtape was circulating around and he just keeps getting bigger and bigger now.  Asher Roth is now a well known name, headlining MTV Spring Breaks and ‘I Love College’ breaking the top 20 on the Billboard charts.  Helping his case even more is ‘I Love College’ getting plays on both pop and hiphop stations in New York like Hot97.  The single is off Roth’s debut album Asleep in the Bread Aisle due out on SRC Records on 04.20.  The next day on 04.21.09 he’ll perform in New York in support of the album for a headlining show at Blender Theatre.  Tickets are $20 in advance or $25 day of show.
