In addition to offering some of this week’s new album releases to purchase, Fat Beats will be presenting live in-store events in conjunction with them.  Jay Stay Paid is the new release from J Dilla featuring unreleased beats and tracks from his final years. Today (06.01.09) at 7:00 PM DJ Evil Dee will host an exclusive in-store listening party at Fat Beats where he will play the new album and broadcast live for his radio show.

Head back over again tomorrow (06.02.09) for round two for the already announced Double Barrel  in-store with Marco Polo & Torae.  The release party later in the night at Sutra is the real place to be.  The Toca! Tuesdays party is hosted by DJ Tony Touch with DJ Evil Dee & DJ Eclipse on the 1’s & 2’s and welcomin in special invited guests Buckshot, Sean Price, DJ Premier, Masta Ace, Lil Fame of M.O.P. & more.  Doors open at 10:00 PM.
